Glennae's story
Glennae founded Glennae’s RX for Life out of a deeply personal struggle. From 2012 to 2015, as an RN, Glennae fought against horrific workplace discrimination, systemic racism and burnout within a major US Hopital.
Despite seeing multiple doctors and trying numerous prescriptions, her physical and mental health only got worse. Then she was denied a reasonable accommodation and fired for disability.
There's promise on the other side of faithfully pursuing rights.
Glennae, like many other career pros, needed healthcare leadership that would help her advance her workplace and healthcare rights and understand the procedure confidently perform preventing career burnout.
